“When first arrived to check-in the staff were very welcoming and friendly and even gave us an upgrade on the room. The hotel has a modern feel throughout and everywhere is clean and tidy. The room was amazing, probably one of the best hotel rooms ive ever stayed in. The bed was comfy and the room had everything you need from free wifi to shutters on the windows ans balcony door to keep the light out. The hotel also has free parking, a gym and a restaurant serving evening meals and breakfast. The……

“We stayed at the hotel for a week, 4 adults including my elderly parents and we enjoyed it. The property is located in a quite neighborhood, though in a walking distance to the city center. The amenities were good, the breakfasts were delicious, but most my family and I were very delighted by the staff. The receptionists, especially Maya and Milica were very helpful with arranging taxis and recommending places. All staff was very friendly and quick to address our asks. The kitchen was equipped……

However, the room itself is a bit aged, and the air conditioner could not deliver cool air even the temperature was well over 20 degrees Celsius. There are too few choices in the breakfast, not something I would expect from an international 4-star hotel. The parking is free, just need to park your car by yourself at the designated parking area in the carpark below the hotel, which is shared with the shopping centre. There were not many……
