Apartamentos Plaza Suites exceeded my expectations. My habitation ( family unit ) has great amenities for someone who stayed in Bogota for over a month. We were able to prepare home cooked meals in our kitchen and the daily breakfast is very satisfying. They also provide room service with a variety of meals from the kitchen menu. Most importantly, the staff is simply exceptional. Special mention to George/ Deyvi/ Gabriella in the reception; Luz/ Evans/ Milena/ Nataly/ Duban in the dining room; Isabelle/ Sandra/ Maria in the housekeeping Dept. This property is perfect for families enjoying their vacation in Bogota. Thank you, Apartamentos Plaza Suites for an amazing stay.

I love the lay out of the property. It’s close to where the places where I’ll be conducting my transactions. My unit is amazing. Location is very conducive. Most importantly, staff is exceptional from the reception, dining room staff to the housekeepers/ room attendants.

Property was decent, the rooms were smallish, torn curtains, woefully insufficient dishware, no dishwashing liquid, had to ask for wash cloths. No laundry facilities on site, breakfast quite boring with no condiments (no salsa, no sour cream) On the plus side, the lunch/dinner at the restaurant is good. Steak was excellent, as good as in a U.S. steakhouse. Easy walking distance to minimarket and pharmacy, as well as several good restaurants in walking distance.

No vale la pena
Pésima estadía por ese precio tan alto. Al rededor hay muchos más hoteles Reserve este hotel porque decía que tenia cocina, la cocina tiene buen tamaño, nevera grande y microondas, pero tiene utensilios mínimos, la luz de la cocina estaba dañada y la estufa estaba en muy mal estado, no valía la pena intentar cocinar. El desayuno buffet es pésimo, si pueden, eviten pagarlo, a dos cuadras hay muy buenos sitios para desayunar y abren todos los días a las 7am. El agua caliente es un chiste, pasa de frío a caliente a helado todo el tiempo, es insoportable. El último día no me dejaron toallas ni papel higiénico, tuve que llamar tres veces a la recepción para que me trajeran papel higiénico.

Out of noisy downtown
Good location out of the centre of town. Easy to use Cabify to get transport to the city centre. A lot of restaurants and stores nearby. Laundromat was a short walk and easy to use. Thanks to the great staff. Does help if you speak a little Spanish.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, from the second we got there until the second we left. The apartment was clean and well maintained. We will definitely stay there next time we visit Bogota. Location was safe and made me feel like I was home.

Great choice near Unicentro & Usaquen
Cozy all-suites hotel in a very walkable and safe neighborhood. Quiet, cozy apartments with nice park and city views on the three upper floors. Comfy comforters and relatively warm rooms for those cold Bogota nights. Amazing internet speeds well above US standards! Plenty of free parking in a secure garage that is less cramped than most Bogota hotel garages. Beautiful views from the roof deck. Looking forward to staying again.

Everyone was very professional and helpful. The rooms were very clean and everything was well organized. Exceptional service from everyone I encountered. Only tip would be to stock some cutlery for people who get rooms with kitchens.
