I recently stayed at Ibis Chia and was clean and offered a good breakfast along with consistent hot water. However, the mattress was very hard, which made for an uncomfortable sleeping experience. Overall, while the hotel had several positive aspects, the mattress issue was a significant drawback.

The rooms are extremely small with no ironing board, no iron, no phone in the room, no trash cans in the room, the night stands very small. The room is very uncomfortable with no space to accommodate your stuff. The employees are extremely nice David, Miguel and Mary are the best with great customer service skills 👏👏👏👏 they go beyond expectations to provide you with your needs

The hotel is very nice. I also felt that the area is good but a difficult feat if you want to cross the street. The only thing I thought was very wrong is that on Sunday there were a lot of people at the breakfast bar and there was only one person taking care of everybody. Poor Carlos, he was running around like a chicken without a head. Trying to please all the costumers, there were no forks, spoons, water, napkins, the food was running out and everyone wanted something from him. On Monday the restaurant wasn’t as full and there were 4 people working and helping the customers. I think it deserves better planning. Other than that all was very good.
