The space
Reyes House Bogotá is in a building with 8 apartments, they all share the same entrance but once you enter the building each apartment is independent. They share a terrace on the top floor where they can enjoy a different social space with a coffee station, children's area and a living room.
Guest access
You can only access the apartment you rented and you can also go to the terrace located on the top floor where the social area is. Unauthorized entry to other apartments is not allowed.
Other things to note
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, if you want you can go to the top floor and there open the window and turn on the extractor so that the smoke comes out. It is the only place inside the building for smoking.
