In order to access the building it is necessary to register with the following information:

- Names of each guest

- ID number of each guest (Passport#, Drivers License#, etc.)

- Estimated time of arrival

- Guests must send a photo of their ID before check-in to access the building



Check-in time: 3pm

Check-out time: 11am



No smoking.

No parties.

Visits are not allowed and the indicated capacity must not be exceeded.

If you are traveling with your pet, please expect additional charges.



Common Areas:



Coworking: Available and operating normally.

Sauna: The use of the sauna has a cost of 60,000 COP per hour. Reservations must be made at least 3 days in advance and are subject to availability. Payment is made directly to the administration’s account.

BBQ Area: Use requires prior reservation with the administration.

Gym and Laundry: Access is managed at the reception desk, where staff will open the spaces for your use.

Laundry Notice: The laundry service is paid: 10000 COP per wash and 10000 COP per dry cycle. Does not accept banknotes larger than 10000 COP.



Notice: There is construction work in the building and on a nearby street between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, which may cause noise.
