「It iss a selfproclaimed 5 star hotel. But i would say 3 star at best. However it is the best hotel in town. My experience at checkin was terrible. the lady checking me in refused to speak to me and just ignored me. what a bad welcome. The rooms are so so and a lot of noise from the main road. I will stay here again only because they are the best hotel around」

「Nice resort in Gaibandha, Rangpur. This was my first trip in Gaibandha to see family and this resort-was decent.
The positives are :
1. Lake view
2. Greenery
3. Cleanliness
Negatives
1. Loud music playing around the resort from 6 am daily which caused me to wake up.
2. Service in the restaurant could be better.
3. Food selection should include more cuisines.
4. Ongoing construction during our stay.
Overall a decent place in Gaibandha.
