“Nice place”

“We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. We were up in the area of my brother’s engagement party. It is in like a shared multi family house but we never once heard the other tenants. It was exactly as pictured online. The futon was pretty comfortable too! The real bed was also great. The host, Scott, was also extremely responsive. My only negative thing to say is that it did not have a cookie sheet, but we bought a foil one to use which was totally fine. They even had a whole drawer of spices……

“Even on the off season, this was a fun mini vacation with a nice town. The locals and few open businesses were very friendly. Our stay at the house was pleasant with great communication from the host during our stay. A very comfortable home with great accommodations. Just a note that the property is only accessible via ferry.”

“This is our second time staying here and it has remained consistently the perfect place to stay at when we are in Long Island. Communication with the friendly host still is top notch. Location is great. Cleanliness is 5/5. Bed was really comfortable. It was in the basement but we were comfortable and didnt have issues with noise from upstairs at all. Highly recommended and will book here again when we are in Long Island.”

“The place has a cozy and pretty interior/exterior with beautiful landscaping. They provide thoughtful snacks, medicine, and toiletries, and the bed is soft and comfortable. Throughout the property, everything is well-cleaned. Guests have access to private and shared appliances along with utensils. However, there are some drawbacks. Refunds are not allowed, and the room listing was misleading, leading to confusion about expected living conditions and privacy. The Property Manager's email……
