Me and my partner visited this hotel for five days and we were thrilled about it. The hotel was in OK shape. The breakfast and dinner was fine and the service was completely magnificent. The people who were managing it was very kind and helped us with all sorts of things, they were eager to help and give us tips on where to visit and everyone could speak English and they also accommodated vegetarians and vegans. All in all if we were to come to Slovenia, we would definitely come back to this hotel!

Good choice for one night

Very friendly reception staff. Great location for our one night stay and after a 5 day hike through the National Park it was a good choice, if a little expensive. Hotel felt a bit dated in decor but was clean and we got a lake view with balcony. All you can eat buffet was fine and included beer and wine which made it good value at €25. We also got a discount on the bike hire place right across the road. Hired bikes to get to the waterfall at the end of the lake but that was a bit disappointing after the stunning scenery of the Park.

Great location near Lake Bohinj with easy access to bus station. Parking is somewhat difficult in the area, so the onsite parking was very useful. We liked that we could walk or take bus everywhere interesting. A number of restaurants and a grocery store right near by. Rooms and facility in good condition. One drawback, hotel is right outside where festivals/concerts/activities held - On Saturday night, one kept going until 2 am! Needed earplugs.

The property was nice and our room was comfortable although it was supposed to be non smoking and there was an ashtray in it and a cig but in the window. No AC at this hotel and it was hot. The breakfast was ok but eggs were always burnt. The staff was very nice except for the lady who checked us in the first night. She was knida a snobby person, we had been trveling for 20 hrs by the time we checked in and she was less than friendly. Very good location and lots around there to walk to. Good parking. It was just hot with no airflow.

Situated next to the lake with secure parking. A busy hotel in the centre “of the action”. Reception staff were excellent. My wife had a fall when walking and one of the ladies on the front desk immediately offered a bag of ice. Very considerate.

Overall this is a very good hotel. It’s location is amazing, just next to Lake Bohinj. The staff are helpful and friendly. Lots of choice for breakfast although the cooked eggs, bacon etc do look as though they have been standing around for a while. The hotel is very clean. The shower did flood a bit as there was no lip on the shower tray. The only qualm I would have is that the room could do with a kettle. I would definitely come back to Hotel Jezero.

The mattress in room 119 is too soft. It has lost it’s ability to provide comfort and should be replaced. Otherwise, the place was beautifully run. In spite of my late arrival, accommodation was made for me to have a full meal with wine because my double room cost more than a single but my sister couldn’t make it so I was alone. Noce gesture on their part to feed me at 9:15 PM.

Perfektes Hotel!

Das Hotel ist perfekt: sehr gute Lage am See, schöne geräumige Zimmer, großer Pool mit benutzerfreundlichen Öffnungszeiten (ab 07:00, so dass man schon vor dem Frühstück schwimmen kann), gutes Frühstücksbüffet, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.
