“Our group of friends have been meeting up for 36 years and this is one of our favorite rentals. We didn’t lack for things to do at the house or in the area a Stine’s throw from Hunter Mtn. The house was well equipped to accommodate a larger group - we especially enjoyed the large dining table, conversation area, firepit area, and hot tub, with enough bedrooms and bathrooms for all. We hope to meet here again in the future. ”

Its position at the bottom of the mountain allows for gorgeous views. The hosts were very communicative and helpful along the way! Highly reccomend a stay here!”

“We really had the best weekend getaway from NYC to the Catskills! This house is super cozy but modern, beds are comfy with great sheets, and it’s well stocked. We loved cooking and even did some baking while we were there. Our favorite spot was definitely the hot tub at night, and building a bonfire (with a ton of chopped wood available on property) was such a fun way to unwind. The owner was super kind and responsive. Can’t wait to come back!”

“Rented this VRBO for a family wedding which was in Roxbury about 1/2 hour away. We were a group of 21 and the space was absolutely perfect for us with plenty of space to spare! The house was super clean and. had everything we needed, there was extra toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap, spices, olive oil just to name a few. There was plenty of room for us to gather but as usual everyone ends up in the kitchen! The first night we all gathered around the indoor fireplace in the……

We needed help with a couple of things and she immediately texted back with the solution.The setting for this property is beautiful - open fields with a view to the mountains - which was all the more spectacular with the fall foliage.The house itself was very clean and orderly, and worked well for six adults. There were numerous entertainment options, TV, hot tub and games, and several beautiful hiking options nearby.”

Fully renovated kitchen. Lots of attention to detail makes this a really lovely location, can't recommend enough.”
