“The hotel is well maintained despite amenities seems a bit older in the bathroom, with the room equipped with kettle. We were provided with chocolate egg and madelines as welcome candies & snack, which is a nice touch. ”

“It was not clear on booking that the hotel was spread over several different chalet buildings within the village and so if you were not in the main building you basically didn’t have practical access to any of the amenities like the spa and swimming pool. Furthermore the ratio of amenities to guests is totally overloaded and so the spa was always very congested without proper changing facilities. Like most Pierre residence properties, very misleading once again.”

“Charmant hotel in het midden van het gezellige Valmorel. Heel goede staff. Goede prijs/kwaliteit. Heel gezellige bar in het hotel. Enige minpunten: ietwat verouderd, krappe badkamers, ontbijt lekker maar basic, skilockers redelijk basic. ”

“Localisation très bien au pied des pistes par contre loin du village à pied mais il y a la navette toute les 10 - 15 minutes. Appartement vieillissant mais confortable et propre. Piscine et jacuzzi propre mais trop petit vu le nombre de personne le soir après le ski. Salle de sport très bien mais matériel pas toujours très opérationnel notamment le tapis de course qui fonctionne pas toujours bien au niveau du coupe circuit. petit commerce d'approvisionnement d'urgence. Location ski juste à coté.……

Des équipements et prestations spa de premier ordre. Le service était parfait, avec une équipe et un chef cuisinier aux petits soins. Accès direct l’été à des chemins de randonnée d’une beauté stupéfiante en surplombs du domaine des 3 Vallées. Une expérience bienfaisante et inoubliable. ”
