「This is a wonderful place to stay, close to Orleans and within easy reach of both towns and countryside. The gîte was clean, very well equipped and the owner friendly, welcoming and helpful. The villagers were also friendly and forgiving of our French!! The swimming pool at the gîte was a high spot for us all and we swam every day. We would thoroughly recommend a stay here.」

「Very welcoming host who was always available for help or advice if needed, but left us to enjoy the property by ourselves. The kitchen is really well supplied! Several reviews mention this, and it’s true. Also plenty of plates, glasses and cutlery which isn’t always the case. Very clean and comfortable. Excellent facilities. Locally, we probably weren’t very adventurous with restaurants etc, but we did use the excellent nearby tram service into Orléans. It’s affordable and runs every 20 mins....

「Das Haus war sehr gut, die Lage direkt an der Loire bietet sich ideal zum Kanu/Kajak/Sup an. Gefühlt 25 Meter zum Direkteinstieg. Einzig etwas störend war die große Hauptbrücke. Durch das sehr heiße Wetter musste nan die ganze Nacht alles auflassen, der Autoverkehr stört kaum, aber die Morräder haben es ordentlich krachen lassen. Trotzdem war es ein schönet Urlaub.
