"Front desk - trouble checking in because card reader not working. -trouble checking out because a receipt could not be printed. -bathroom soap was empty, asked front desk to fill it when room was made up that day. The room was not made up and soap was still empty. Called front desk and was treated like it was a burden to bring some soap to the room. Parking was limited due to construction vehicles and equipment being parked in guest parking spots. Room - turned on air to cool the room down for sleeping but it shut on and off during the night making the room too hot to sleep comfortably. Front desk staff - staff member who checked us in seemed inexperienced and unsure how to deal with the technical issues. Staff member in the morning said she would make sure housekeeping would take care of the room but the room wasn’t touched. The staff member who finalized checkout was pleasant and tried her best to deal with the inability to print a receipt. I was told a copy of the receipt would be emailed to me. I still have not received it. I have stayed at this hotel 4 previous times and have been pleased with the stays; However, we were very disappointed with this stay from start to finish. "
