during my stay the hotel burnt down. was still charged the ENTIRE RATE after I was told I would be refunded it, minus the first night. Literally something out of a movie.

I'll Be Back!

The room was on the 3rd floor and had a lovely view of the Boise River in all of it's Fall Splendor! The paved walkway (The Green Belt) was a great place to exercise and watch the sun rise! The indoor pool was open for use to 10 people and the hot tub jets were not working, but the water was hot! The folks at the front desk were super nice and helpful!

I will never stay there again! I the room next to us bunch of girls laughing and being loud up until 2:00 am! The room above us a couple was arguing, both but swearing up until about 4:00 am. The worse part I called the lobby about 5 times to tell them to take care of the issue, and NEVER did they answer the phone!

The rooms/hotel is very outdated; nothing like the photos. My first floor room had no lock on the window, only a wooden dowel. I checked into my room, and checked out immediately. Don’t waste your time.

The tv remote wouldn't work andneeded batteries and the guy at the desks only option was to change rooms. When asked about using a remote from a different room he said it would cause problems for that tv and was insistent on changing rooms. He eventually got us some batteries.

You get what you pay for...

This is a very tired hotel. The room that we stayed in felt like it was designed by a prison architect. The room was dusty, the bathroom was old and there were leaks. It served its purpose for an overnight stay, however, do not be deceived by the pictures. And remember, you get what you pay for.

The staff was absolutely amazing. Helped us with recommendations to local restaurants for good food, gave us extra towels and sheets when we needed them without question, and even helped me get some antacids after too many slices of pizza for lunch. The facility itself could use some updates, but the location was great and for the price we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Thanks Cottonwood for a perfect weekend.

Past it’s prime

Property is not aging well. Common areas such as lobby and elevator not very clean. Room was fine. With one exception, employees either didn’t wear masks or had noses exposed (which amounts to the same thing). Wasn’t terrible, but I wouldn’t stay there again.
