Split 4 bedroom design with King Bed in Master w/large master walk-in closet, and 3 queen beds in other bdrms, 2 car garage with plenty of parking, fireplace, microwave, large laundry center, Small dog friendly, fenced yard, 5 minutes to Idaho's newest and Premier Mall, 'The Village', with outstanding dining, entertainment and shopping, 5 minutes to Roaring Springs Waterpark) 2 miles straight shot to freeway on-ramp, open vaulted design with lots of light. See virtual tour. Great skiing only 45 minutes away at Bogus Basin Ski Area, Energy efficient making your stay super comfortable. This home being a single level is great for those who may have knee or back issues. This is in a safe, quiet neighborhood of well maintained homes. It is 1/2 mile from Albertsons Grocery and McDonalds for quick food trips. We would love to meet and greet you on your stay in Boise/Meridian Idaho. It's a GREAT place !!

We came into town for a family wedding. This was the perfect for our family to stay near our local family’s homes and the wedding venue. Comfortable beds, plenty of bedding and towels. Great place to stay!

This was the second time we stayed in one of Burchfield’s properties. This home was lovely. Beautifully staged. Clean, comfy and a great home away from home. Darrell was a joy to work with. Comfortable Home!

We were in Boise for several days for a wedding. The location of this house is great for getting anywhere in the area. We traveled north to River Birch Golf Course and East to Top Golf, the Zoo and Capitol building. The house is a little outdated, but I felt the low rental price reflects this. We enjoyed our stay and would rent here again.

Excellent location just a few minutes away from where my parents live. I hope to stay here again. Super convenient! Check in and out were a breeze. We appreciated being able to park in the garage.
