Family reunion to attend Jaialdi 2025. What a perfect place to stay! Plenty of beds and room to spread out. Hot tub and bar b que, nice size patio and lovely back yard. Neighborhood is nice for walking and downtown easily accessible. Kitchen well appointed with all we needed to make a meal, with plenty of dishes, glasses, and utensils. Very much appreciated the communication with owners. Overall an enjoyable stay in Boise!

Very nice house in a quiet neighborhood

The house has everything that you need with the + hot tube/jacuzzi at the garden. A complete kitchen with anything that you need to cook. The only issue is the air conditionar on the rooms at the basement; they are a little warm during the nights. After all I totally recommend the house for a big group

Boise Graduation

Had a great time and the house location was very convenient to downtown and the campus. It made it easy getting back and forth for various celebrations. The house itself was very nice and clean and easily accommodated two couples and 3 additional guests.

Great homebase while visiting the Capitol

This home worked well for our group of 3 parents and 6 teens. Plenty of hang out space and the location was an easy 10 min drive into the Capitol. The house functioned as we needed and was appointed well. We were able to bring our groceries and cook meals. Plenty of towels, bedding, and kitchen supplies for our group. Easy checkin and outprocess.

Perfection

My weekend at Sunrise on the Rim was perfect. The home is so artistically decorated and inviting. Having a comfortable bed is a top priority and the beds are all very comfortable. Loved the location as it is centrally located and in walking distance to downtown. I can't wait to return in warmer weather to spend time on the outside deck and around the firepit!

Girl’s Weekend

We had a wonderful stay at this home for a girl’s weekend away. Plenty of space to sit around and talk, sleep, and watch an evening movie. The location was fantastic with walkability to wineries and food near the Boise green belt as well as easy to catch Ubers to downtown for dinners. Property was well kept and the manager was communicative throughout our stay. We had a wonderful time!

Overall okay. Kitchen drawers are in need of some work. Hard to close and open. Refrigerator door screams at you when opening and closing. Microwave door is in need of repair.

Lovely Home

This home was great for us and our adult children. Very well appointed. I would definitely stay again with one exception. Upon arrival we noticed that it was warm in the home, 81 degrees exactly. We just assumed that whoever cleaned had turned up the thermostat to save on electricity. We adjusted the thermostat down but the house never cooled off. Apparently the air conditioner was frozen up and did not work for our entire stay. We did call the property manager on Sunday to alert her of the problem and she did come over to look at the unit. I feel like whoever cleaned the home prior to our stay would have noticed something wrong and alerted the manager. Otherwise, everything else was great!
