「Het appartement voldoet aan alle vereisten. Is schoon en allerlei materialen zijn aanwezig. Modern en goed ingericht. Echter in de advertentie wordt niet gemeld dat het appartement op de tweede etage is en er geen lift aanwezig is. Als we dit hadden geweten hadden we dit appartement niet geboekt. Elke keer 40 treden op en af is zwaar voor ons omdat we beiden hartproblemen hebben. We waren blij met de hulp die de verhuurders boden en onze koffers naar beneden brachten.」
