「Excellent customer service! We did some research about the area and knew it would be cold at night with limited heat, so we packed accordingly. Rooms were clean and the breakfast was great! We liked the fact that we had a safe place to stay without having to rush the trip and try to see everything in one day. Did Tiwanaku and museums on day one and Puma Punku on day two. 「我們是航班更改了，臨時訂的，只留了幾個小時，但我覺得房間清潔美觀，很不錯，但外面的車聲很嘈吵， 尤其在洗手間很清楚聽到外面車聲，但也不是很重要。 酒店裏有咖啡室請方便的 員工很好，還幫我安排翼日早上六點的計程車， 也為我們準備好外帶早餐，可惜房間的標示不是很清晰，洗手間有一瓶免費的水，然後標示寫着，如果要更多水可到Mini bar 取, 退房時卻收了$5 美元，但還是可以接受的。 」
