They were probably nine steps up then six or eight steps down and then another nine steps up before arriving at the correct elevator. We had to take my 77-year-old mother up and down the steps and then go back for her wheelchair that weigh 65 pounds and take it up and down the steps to get to the elevator. "Lucca checked us in on time and was very welcoming. He gave us spot on recommendations where to dine. They were all local faves and though long lines could form and very busy, it was worth the wait.
