The hotel is very close to Plaza San Marcos. It is very convenir to walk around. There are many stores and restaurants. The room was very cleaning and beautiful. The beds were very comfortable.

Friendly service, perfect location

Me and my friend stayed for three nights. The rooms look kinda fancy. There were AC in both bedrooms, but they seemed linked somehow so both rooms were locked ti the same temperature. The placement is fantastic. It was just a short walk to Piazza Maggiore where there is a lot to experience, and the bus stop is just one minute walk away for the circular line that goes to Bologna Centrale. We had contact with Arianna and Domenico and the service they provided was flexible as well as they were friendly and helpful. Defienetley gonna stay there next time I visit Bologna.

Great hotel just outside the historic center. 10-15 min walk to the center. Coffee just around the corner. Room was clean and in very good condition. Would recommend this to everyone

Bad check in , clean but boring room

I booked same day to arrive late. Did let realise if u arrive after 6.30pm there is a conplication. I arrived 10pm and they didn’t send me info to check in and didn’t answer the phone for 25 mins or so. Eventually they did and access was via lots of links, WhatsApp messages. I missed the personal touch of people working in hotels

Poor quality, old and dirty

Hotel is actually a group of rooms in a residential building. We had a room on the lower floor which was very old, barely cleaned and with minimal comfort. The walls were full of muld, many things were broken. Very expensive for the value. Area is okay and has a big TV Only stay if you need a place to crash for a couple of hours

Basic, clean, no luxuries at all.

We booked a night since we needed to leave quite early for the airport next morning. The room is spartan, basically a bed, a desk and a TV. No luxuries, no frills. The fact that there is no front desk makes check-in a bit complicated. To begin with, there's no one to open the gate and there's no proper signalling on how to get to the rooms to check-in. The place is immaculately clean, though.

Very challenging with ‘no front desk’. Apparently there is someone on the property that just mysteriously appears. Many codes are required and none were provided at check in. It is not clear how to re enter the property after initial check in. And no way to get help with calling a cab at check out.

Disappointing Stay

Had to chase for key code to get into property as not sent. Second day had to chase for key code to main door as it had changed from first day without notifying us. No soap dispensers at sink or shower, only given a few soap sachets. Towels of poor quality that were not changed during 2 night stay. Plastic disposable cups not suitable for making a hot drink as melted. Beds were OK.

Bra rom, men merk at det ikke er et hotell og at det heller ikke finnes en resepsjon. Ikke så enkle å få tak i, om du trenger assistanse. OK beliggenhet, rett på utsiden av gamlebyen i Bologna, med gangavstand til mye, men man skal være glad i å gå en del.

Tutto ok tranne il ventilatore

Un hotel ricavato da una palazzina di appartamenti , molto comode le stanze collegate per alloggiare 2 adulti e 3 bambini . Unico neo , il ventilatore in bagno che si accende all accensione della luce che svolto la mattina sveglia tutti. Anche le pareti non erano molto insonorizzate che facevano sentire quelli della stanza vicino

Me gusto mucho la propiedad, queda cerca de old town y se puede ir a pie. Las habitaciones son amplias y pues bien limpias, tiene agua calientey pues el personal sabe varios idiomas y nos ayudaron mucho.
