Andrea was the perfect host. It was the perfect location that was just within walking distance to the activities in the plaza. The room was so modern and quite the experience. Extra bonuses for the community area with coffee and complementary snack snacks.

EXCELLENT STAY WHICH EXCEEDED EXPECTIONS

We had and excellent experience… felt almost like being at home. Andrea is and outstanding host in every aspect. Very nice, modern and tastefully renovated facilities. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Location next to old town is great, with Parking space if needed. Offered a common area with complementary hot/cold beverages plus a variety of snacks. Highly! Unique and innovative

A really unique experience. Great location close to city centre. The room is beautifully appointed, with push button Controls for everything. Quite modern and high tech. Then there is a shared space with an excellent barrista machine for coffees and a fridge with water and snacks.

Sehr schönes Zimmer an bester Lage

Schöne, sehr neue Zimmer, mit allem was man braucht. Nur ein paar Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Kostenlos gibts Kaffe, Saft, Wasser und Snacks. Sehr freundlicher Empfang mit ausführlicher Erklärung wie alles funktioniert. Kostenpflichtige Parkplätze gibt's in der Tiefgarage

Struttura Consigliatissima

L’ADV Home è una bella struttura al centro di Bolzano, nuovissima, pulitissima, dotata di tutti i comforts, con un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. La stanza, domotizzata con comodi comandi per il controllo delle luci e delle tende e tapparelle elettriche, è stata studiata nei minimi dettagli per garantire il massimo comfort e rendere la vacanza molto piacevole: televisore di ultima generazione, piccolo frigo, doccia molto ampia e comoda, asciugacapelli Dyson. Al piano è presente uno spazio snack/breakfast ben attrezzato con una modernissima macchina multifunzione per bevande calde, un frigo sempre pieno di bottigliette di acqua e bibite, prodotti confezionati per la colazione/snack di buona qualità. E cosa dire dei due giovani fratelli proprietari Andrea e Luca? Con la loro grande disponibilità a soddisfare ogni richiesta, la loro straordinaria attenzione ai più piccoli dettagli, la loro gentilezza e accoglienza sono il valore aggiunto di questa bella struttura. Pertanto, se ADV Home merita un 10 pieno, Andrea e Luca meritano senza ombra di dubbio anche la lode. Se torneremo a Bolzano ADV Home sarà la nostra scelta.
