"The staff was excellent, Joy and her team were fabulous."

"The room was clean. However, they did not provide any toiletries, no robes, no sandals nothing. It’s was just an empty bathroom. The shower gel was empty, no hairdryer. I called the reception desk to ask for a shower get and sandals, the lady told me we only provide it by request. 🤔 I believe these thing are the basic necessities. I mean a big name Hotel like Hilton. I ask if ther a sauna and steam room she told me no we don’t have it. That kind of threw me off. Our luggage weren’t even sent to our room until we asked several times. Overall, it was not a good experience for me and I wouldn’t be going back there. "

"Clean room, lovely staff, great breakfast with enough options for hot food and an omelette station. Try to request a room with the park view as the city view is not very nice!"

"It is very closed by the National Park and just beside a shopping mall. Convenient place with great staffs. "

"The national park is nearby but across a busy highway so few animals will come near and without a telescope you wouldn't see much"

"Right from the beginning the staff was very welcoming. Hussein quickly took us up to our room after a long day of traveling and explained everything well inside of our room which had an outstanding view of the park. Peter, who isn’t even a direct employee of the resort, who is part of the security team that keeps everyone safe, always checked on us and gave us a friendly greeting when he seen us. He even helped when excursions were late and helped to translate to get the issues with the vendors that we hired. The restaurants and bars were very nice and the food was great. A couple nights we could hear the music from the Sky Lounge when going to bed but it wasn't a deal breaker. "

"I really enjoy this hotel for work travel. The rooms are clean, spacious, quiet and attractive. The shower works perfectly. The staff are helpful and friendly."
