"The hotel is Ok , but I was expecting more from a 5 star hotel. The service was not 5 star as several times the first answer was always NO , until a second person from the staff heard what was happening and came “for the rescue”. The furniture needs renovation, the sofas in the rooms and lobby look really old , the bed covers look extremely old and have to be changed, they give a really first bad impression the first time you enter the room. The breakfast is Ok but no so special for a 5 star hotel. The location is not bad , 15-20 minutes walk to the historic center where most of the life is . There are no many hotel options in Alghero but this is no reason for a “5 star” hotel not to excel."

"Location was great for the city of Fertilia. 15 minute drive to Alghero. Beautifully decorated with the owners personal artwork. Farmers market on Saturday for clothes and other items like CHEESE. Location being walkable for restaurants in Fertilia so you don’t need to deal with all the cars and traffic in Alghero. Be aware of parking- not a lot of it and I apparently parked in a ZTL zone. Cost me 30 euros. Lastly owner was quick to respond to our questions and needs."
