"The weight equipment in the gym hasn’t worked in two years. The treadmill works and some free weights. Bathroom was very dirty. I made them switch me out of my first room, as it had horrible odor. Second room dirty bathroom, toilet barely flushed and run down. Definitely needs some love and care. Really nice staff."

"I was just here for a single night with my dog. It happened to be the same weekend an Antique sale was happening so the lobby was busy which was fine except my dog is very shy so she wasn't thrilled about all the people around. It did seem like a great place to hold though, so she was the only one that minded. The elevator was slow, and the staff forgot to mention you needed to use the key card to access it on the ground floor but I did eventually figure it out. The room itself was fine. The carpet was a little faded and you could see a couple of patches on the wall they repaired and painted over with what might have been a slightly different paint colour. I slept fine in the bed, and didn't hear any noises from outside. I personally would prefer something other than lemongrass scented lotion but that's me. Overall, I would stay here again"

"Breakfast was odd at best. It said turkey sausage and showed a pic of a flat patty, but it looked like large undercooked hot dogs cut I half. Room was clean and well stocked. "

"The property is run down. The cleaning is to occur every three days. There was no exchange of towels and certainly no vacuuming. There was a wad of crusty tissue in the bed side table drawer. The two gentlemen at the front desk the next morning could not be bothered to deal with the issue and told me to come back when the manager was in. The afternoon lady on the front desk offered a new room, I declined and she said a deep clean would be done the next day. The gym is lacking and half the equipment is out of order. Having stayed many years ago, I recalled a very nice and clean property. It is now showing its age."

"We enjoyed our stay, mostly because of the helpful and pleasant staff. The room was clean but the couch and cushions were somewhat stained. The steam room was a nice addition and gave us a new experience. The jacuzzi was very nice and worked very well. I enjoyed the fact that the living room and bedroom area were separated by a door, and had a tv in each. The shampoo, conditioner and facial soap were hard to rinse out, leaving a film behind, making it hard to feel clean after a shower. There was a hot tub in the main floor, but we didn’t enjoyed it. The chlorine was very strong, the water did not feel clean. The tub rim at the surface was breaking down, leaving a powdery residue if we touched it. It took me a long time to rinse out after it to feel clean again. The breakfast was delicious but I had better. I was hoping for freshly cooked oatmeal but they only had those packets that you mix with hot water. Not my thing. There was only the one egg style, sunny side up. No scrambled eggs. The waffles were delicious but it was fake maple syrup. Very limited in yoghurt flavours and lower quality. The staff was very helpful. She came up to help me with the television. Unfortunately, it was a bit of a wasted trip because I was not able to cast to the tv, We asked for advice on restaurants and the suggestions were great. We truly enjoyed our evening thanks to her description which helped us narrow down a good place. All in all, it was a good choice."
