Don't get me wrong the location and overall apartment was amazing we had a great stay in that regard. Communication could've been handled differently. Lots of jumping through hoops to check in, the parking situation is an absolute mess, and support via email, in person, etc was lacking.

Booking and check-in were easy. Apartment was correct. Impossible to speak with a person on the phone during my stay. Communication was poor by email and text messaging. NO WORKING INTERNET for the entire stay.
