「We did not stay in the accommodation at all because it was not clean, paint work’s going all over the place, noisy and crowded with other permanent residents, pictures does not look as advertised. Then, had to look around in a strange environment with no internet to pay for another descent accommodation making me to use most of my holidays money towards another accommodation. Trying to get a refund by making several phone calls and emails to accommodation manager but to no avail. Till date. I...

「I had another excellent stay at K Hotel. The property is exceptionally clean and feels very secure throughout. The service is outstanding, beginning with the comfortable airport transfer and continuing with the friendly and attentive reception staff. The rooms are well maintained and stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The poolside restaurant serves excellent food, and the breakfast is of a very high standard.

「The hotel is nice. One of the best hotels in Douala. Nice area, nice room, nice restaurant and nice cleaning quality. But front desk attitude seems need to be improved, feeling bad when checkin and also checkout, especially a person named Cyril, bad attitude and even not willing to give me the change after I pay the minibar fee. He said there is no change and not even try to fix it, seems like to force me to take the change as his tips. After all, this is a nice hotel. 」
