Introducing First Chair Lair at Stratton Vermont, a newly renovated 5-bedroom, 4-bath home in the desirable High Meadow subdivision, perfect for your mountain getaway! Enjoy the convenience of a free shuttle to Stratton Mountain on winter weekends and holidays, making it easy to hit the slopes. The house is also just around the corner from the Stratton golf course!
This house is your perfect home base for large family gatherings, two families reconnecting, or a group of friends seeking a mountain retreat!
Unwind in the spacious living room with a cozy fireplace and an 86" TV, or step outside to the large deck featuring a brand new hot tub and Weber grill—ideal for après-ski relaxation. The dining room comfortably seats 12, perfect for gatherings with family and friends.
Please note that the Stratton Mountain shuttle service runs during the day on winter weekends and holidays (Dec-Mar), with a schedule available on the Stratton Resort website. While we offer access to this service, it is managed by the resort, and weather-related changes are beyond our control. Book now for a comfortable, convenient, and relaxing stay!
Please note the following:
* Upon booking, the person who booked will be required to sign a rental agreement.
* Well-behaved dogs are welcome. Please note that there is a pet fee of $75 per night per pet.
* The nightly rate includes hot tub maintenance. The hot tub is serviced between each stay.
* Dogs visit the home on occasion so if you are allergic please take this into consideration.
* The house is family-friendly but is not baby-proofed.

Stratton vacation
My family and I really enjoyed our time here! This house was beautifully designed and very clean. So many things to do in the area and on a rainy day, the basement was great place to hang out and enjoy the game room! We will definitely stay here again!

Only good things to say about this Stratton rental home. Minutes from the mountain, incredibly clean, and tons of space for the three families in our party to spread out. Will definitely return next season!

stunningly fabulous!
I am extremely particular and this home exceeded even my highest expectations. Most if not every room was very recently remodeled, beautifully decorated, very functional and inviting. The massive TV, fireplace, hot tub, and game room were especially a hit. Great location, owners were proactive and easily accessible, thank you David and Bonnie!
