“Splendido agriturismo immerso in mura di borgo medioevale con splendida vista sul lago Trasimeno. Appartamento curato , ampio e pulito. Piscina silenziosa , appartata e piacevole. Personale gentile , accogliente e molto disponibile.”

“Very nice villa to relax in the countryside. The town of Fabro is only a 15 minute ride to restaurants, train station(free parking) and other shops. We found the villa to be very spacious and relaxing. One item to note, there was seven cats (at the time of our stay) living outside the doors of the property. We were told to feed, some bring some cat food.”

“The villa and grounds were immaculate. The staff were friendly and always willing and eager to please. We had no complaints at all. ”

“Ho prenotato questa struttura per visionarla di persona in quanto devo organizzarci un matrimonio il prossimo anno. La piscina e' favolosa e anche gli spazi intorno. Molto bello anche il salone al piano terra e le due case. Ottimo arredamento e climatizzazione perfetta. .E' presente anche una chiesa .il giardino e' pieno di fiori. Ideale per riunioni di amici e familiari. Non vedo l'ora di tornarci.”

“Lovely house in an amazing location. Owner was very attentive. Had a storm happen which blocked the filter to the swimming pool. I messaged the owner and a swimming pool engineer came within a couple of hours”

“Our host Guiseppe was attentive and engaging. Although we didn’t access the pool, we accessed the area and as every pool area with foliage and droppings would have benefitted from a twice daily cleaning. The weather in late September was magnificent. The area is green and very hilly, but so Italian with its green abundance of foods and wines.We loved the older traditional furnishings, clean sheets, towels and hot water. Our accommodations suited our purpose of exploring the architecture and art……
