It is composed of a pretty living room of 40 m² (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, three bathrooms and you can enjoy a garden of about 1500 m². The house is ideally located in Bonifacio, in a very pleasant and quiet environment, 10 minutes by transport from the beach and 15 minutes by foot from the port. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- Sights: Genoese towers, Bonifcacio, Sartene, Porto Vecchio...

If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the private parking outside the house, which can accommodate up to 3 cars (4/4, station wagon etc).

- Bus: a bus connects Bonifacio, Porto Vecchio, Ajaccio and Bastia.
- Boat departures to Sardinia.
