sourits et rats
notre séjour aurait été très bien si après seulement une nuit nous n'avions pas rencontrés des rats dans la cuisine et sur la terrasse !!! en effet le premier soir, qu'elle n'a pas été notre surprise...et je suis gentil en employant le mot surprise car cela devrait être notre dégout....un rat se promenait dans la cuisine, sur le plan de cuisine !!!
et le matin, les fruits qui nous avaient été offert avaient ete en partie rongé par les rats et également des tomates
nous avons du les jeter car pour moi c'est vraiment inacceptable et degoutant d'avoir des rats dans une maison que l'on loue plus de 5000.- pour une semaine !!!!
suite à ça nous avons averti les concierges qui nous ont fournis un simple appat et un désinfectant mais pour moi c'est vraiment inadmissible d'être confronté a des rats dans une maison que l'on loue !!!!
je vous passerai les détails quand nous avons à nouveau vu passer un autre rats 2 jours plus tard sur la terrasse le soir et quand j'ai ouvert la poubelle dans la cuisine sous l'évier et que cette fois.ci une souris m'a presque sauté dessus quand j'ai ouvert le couvercle de la poubelle en question !!!!! j'ai une photo à l'appuis si vous voulez car j'ai réussi a tuer la souris
le ou la propriétaire doit immédiatement faire appel a un dératiseurs professionnel pour éliminer ces rongeurs
j'espère un geste significatif de votre part par rapport à la location que nous venons de passer dans cette villa !!! en attendant votre réponse, mes meilleures salutations

Villa exceptionnelle
Nous avons passé de super vacances dans cette villa exceptionnelle, l’environnement est magnifique.
Les gardiens de la maison sont d’une gentillesse extrême.

Maison petit Speronne Bonifacio
Peu d’assistance sur place. Pas de réaction concernant une chambre sans air conditionné.
Matériel de cuisine et autre très moyen. Pas d’aspirateur, sèche linge ne fonctionne pas, fer à repasser de très mauvaise qualité.
Pas de serviettes de bains.
Aucune information concernant la région (plages, restaurants, visites…)
Malgré tous ces manques nous avons passé un bon séjour dans une belle maison

Nice house, but additional expenses
The house is very nice, and the pool area is also. It is a bit remote, so no places you can walk to. For restaurant dining, you would have to drive to Bonifacio, which is not too far.
The VRBO listing is not accurate when it comes to pricing, since the host demands extra payment for electricity. And the host demands a big deposit and proof of insurance. We don't disagree with any of these, but it was not nice to find out about it only after the final booking and payment.
There is a caretaker living on-site (in another house). She only speaks Italian, and this was also at times a bit challenging, but possible to manage with Google translate app.

Très belle location
Très belle propriété, magnifique jardin et piscine , maison très grande et climatisée, très bien équipée. Concierges très accueillants mais ne parlant que italien donc limitant la communication. Location à recommander
