“The Lookout Tower was a fantastic place for us to stay and celebrate our elopement. The property has a beautiful view, a great ambiance, and was well stocked and clean. Sam even helped with delivering surprise gifts and hand wrote us a card to make our stay extra special.”

“Very clean.Nice interior design and colors.Nice kitchen.Comfortable relaxing environment.”

“Great host! This was a nice property, close to town, perfect for trips in and around sandpoint!”

“Great location on the mountain and had everything you would want in a little studio. ”

“The decorations were super cute.! We did not realize the bedroom and bathroom were on the third floor. It was difficult to carry our suitcases all the way to the bedroom. Also, we were able to use AC on the main floor, but it did not cool the upstairs bedroom. We never did find any sheets for the fold out futon in the living room or any lightweight blanket. There was a cup in the bathroom, but it was pretty dirty. There was conditioner in the bathroom, but no shampoo.”

“We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this home! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our family. The hospitality made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. One of our favorite memories was watching the kids turn the front walkway into a slip-and-slide—they had the best time, and it’s a memory we’ll be talking about for years. It was the perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy time together while exploring beautiful Sandpoint. The location was……

“The place was wonderful!! Clean, had a great kitchen with all the necessities. Comfortable bed. Small balcony but still very enjoyable for morning coffee and afternoon wine overlooking quiet neighborhood. Peaceful and relaxing accommodations. Host was friendly and helpful! Location in Sandpoint was fabulous, a short walk to downtown area for shopping. Close to the lake. Would easily stay here again. Furnishings were fun!”

“This rental was great. Overall, the one hardship is how far out and the roughness of the road. It states that a 4 wheel drive vehicles necessary in winter, but even with our truck , it was a long and ride back and forth. ”

“Very courteous, welcoming, and accommodating host. Looking forward to going back again when not so busy to try out all the fun things they have there.”

“Loved it!”

“Very clean and comfy. Good location. Everything was fine. It is a bit small, but it worked great. There is a restaurant/bar upstairs that closes at 11. It was kind of loud but didnt bother us”

“Great hosts very accommodating friendly wood and fire pit amazing we plan on coming back for sure 💯”

“I loved the property! Very beautiful place with all the amenities :) it’s super cute and conveniently located. I will for sure go back again. The hosts were very communicative and I had everything I needed for my weekend getaway.”

“Excellent location. Fantastic apartment. Very well stocked. One of our favorite places we’ve stayed. 10 out of 10. Highly recommended!”

“Our biggest issue was the fact that the property is not a 1 minute walk to the ski resort as the listing stated. You have to drive or get the shuttle. Otherwise, the property was in excellent condition with awesome linens, a well equipped kitchen and extra fluffy throws. The hot tub worked great and was very private. There was also a nice Weber gas grill on the deck. Game room in the garage, boot dryer and ski storage were very handy. Do be prepared for the stairs!! Two long narrow……
