「除了隔壁的房間很吵鬧及希望早餐多加入些熱食外，，其他一切，像是房間有無異味、接待人員親切解說以及對於不介意吃冷盤的人是不錯的選擇。」

「A great little hotel of Thai or East Asia vibes. There's some effort put into architecture and construction making it a relaxing and cozy place of rest. A good find to be in Manila with good value for the price. Staff helpful and I had a courtesy. The only things to improve a bit is that there should be a 24 hrs service at front desk instead of as of now 6am-11pm. There could perhaps be a need of change of toilets since they are of the older type. Had some minor issues with them. For the noise...

「Im a Fire Alarm Tech... The condition of the system was multiple Alarm conditions that no one was concerned..or was not maintained . Saftey should be the above all priority instead of Profits 😠」

「Towels seemed old and colors are off white . Overall experience excellent. Staff at front desk to housekeeping services are excellent.」

「房間沒有冰箱跟保險箱！而且房間老舊！對面就是商場吃的喝的算很方便！所以沒有早餐這一點可以接受！」

「Ups: The staff is to be commended, really helpful and well mannered personell. Very fast service upon requests. The impression is that they actually do what they can to make you enjoy your stay. Rare find these days even at five star hotels. Downs: The standard rooms are kinda small. If you're 5'11" or taller you might have problem to fit in to bed and even bathroom. For two persons it's really tight. There ought to be water kettles in the rooms. WiFi worked okay but there were connection...

「It’s very accessible for everything’s you need」

「Nearby Nearby shopping mall. Everything fair. Nearby Nearby shopping mall. Everything fair.」

「Room is clean!!! Have a strong AC!! my daughter sleeps well. Also, the 7-Eleven connected to the hotel is a lifesaver - no more venturing out for a quick snack or essential item! I have a great stay with my family. Thank you」

「Avoid the restaurant at all costs... 90% of the menu is unavailable including ALL alcoholic beverages except 1 cheap wine option. Even though ALL the liquors and wines are displayed, they are for display only. The rest of the hotel was absolutely phenomenal and in a perfect location. Staff was amazing and the room was better than other places in Manila. I will stay here every time in the future. But I will just avoid dinning there. But there are amazing restaurants near by so this is not...

「Exceptional stay at Alino Hotel! Clean room with excellent daily housekeeping — fast, efficient, and thorough. All staff were incredibly helpful, well-trained, respectful, and friendly, always opening doors and assisting with the elevator. The guards were courteous, the staff at Kutchara were very accommodating, and the service from everyone was outstanding. Special kudos to the manager for being so compassionate and friendly. Highly recommended!」
