"For my room on the 8th floor, water temperature was extremely unpredictable with major gymnastics needed to achieve between freezing cold and scalding hot. The shower pipe is exposed and jostles while water is running and slightly after turning off. Heater runs for no more than about 5 minutes before blowing out room temperature to cold air. Construction happening in lobby, so no marketplace or other typical continuous lobby services available except front desk and breakfast restaurant. I liked that their soaps and conditioner are plant based."

"Rooms where dark, and you heard every door slam at all hours, people talking all out in the hallway. Bathroom tub faucet leaked all night i put a few towels in tub to stop the noise. Food in the restaurant was very good."

"Very relaxing also I received a room on the first floor due to my claustrophobia and anxiety they were very accommodating I would definitely recommend this as a great place to stay oh"

She doesn’t know say hi, no eye contacts, I requested the room not next to the elevator, but she gave me right next to the elevator without saying any words, so I had to go downstairs to change my room then she said I need to pay more. I’ ve been traveling for 30years. I’ve never had that kind of experience. It’s hard to believe that kind of person is working at the hotel desk ."
