“Great location and easy stay, especially for the price.”

“The location was a 10 minute drive from Boothbay and the rooms were newly renovated and very cute. But some of the furniture was coming apart during normal use. Biggest concerns were as follows:1. Very poor communication from host. They didn't provide us with entry information until the morning of, and didn't answer our messages. We ended up calling VRBO the night before as we were scared from the lack of contact. They got ahold of the host who finally answered us the night before arrival. At……

“No Office, No signage, no one around, no name on property. Very odd.”

“Nice place. Enjoyed our weekend”

“The cottage was great but the check-in was very stressful. Owner did not send email with info until Saturday morning and it went to my Spam folder. No one was on site when I first got there but someone working in the garden got hold of the owner and let me in. Website says check-in was after 3PM but owner said it was 5PM. Needs to update that on website. After a10-hour drive I was not happy.”

“This little place was excellent! Great views, very convenient to walk everywhere. The morning breakfasts were delicious! Would definitely stay again!”

“Perfect location, right on the water, actually, over the water! Lol. Lovely restaurant, old-school New England cuisine, perfect! Fun pub, nice drinks, friendly staff. Enjoy!”

“We had an amazing stay at the Greenleaf Inn. Although we only stayed one night the owner was amazing and welcoming! He gave us the best local recommendations. We also slept so amazing as everything was clean in the room and the bed was so comfortable. 10/10 would recommend (and stay a little longer!)”

“Great location with awesome view of the harbor from inside as well as outside. Very nice yard.”

“This was the perfect size for us for a short stay. It had all the essentials, and it was clean and tidy. (We spend most of our time outside and away from our lodging when on vacation.) I discussed a couple of small concerns with the host, and he was very responsive. We would stay there again in the future.”

“Had no hot water at 10 pm. We called and they said what time you taking showers in the am? What does it matter. Wanted to give my child a bath now. ”
