This is an exceptional place! Gorgeous property and house. The rental apartment is beautiful with new high end appliances. Very relaxing and peaceful stay. Owners are very nice and helpful. Looking forward to returning next winter!

We loved the grounds and opportunity to take the canoe out. We docked it to get lunch at the general store. The studio was big and airey. Tastefully decorated with a relaxing vibe!

My partner and I stayed here for an extended stay working remotely. I could not recommend this place more. During our stay, our hosts were nearby and were very helpful and welcoming, especially when we had to prepare for a scheduled hurricane. The Wi-Fi was high speed and the kitchen had everything you needed to cook at home. Not to mention, the place was impeccably decorated!

Everything about this property is beautiful. The lovely setting on the water, the open concept, studio plan with lots of windows, the furniture and decorations, and the very enjoyable owners—everything about this place is outstanding. I enjoyed exploring not only the Boothbay region, but also much of eastern Maine. There’s a wonderful botanical garden just three minutes away. I highly recommend this property and suggest you give yourself at least a few days so you can fully enjoy the experience.

This was a nice place to stay while exploring the area. I would suggest some kind of window treatment. The road runs at the same level of the windows fairly close. Even Shutters on the bottoms of the side. The place was equipped except for a cutting board and coasters. The owners are very close by and to access the water you have to walk in front of their house. a little awkward.

This is an absolutely heavenly location with a space that couldn't be more beautiful. Our stay was absolutely perfect. There were wonderful places to ride bikes, and hike. The botanical garden is literally around the corner. There is a canoe for use off of the pristine dock and a gorgeous deck that looks out onto their gardens and the inlet. We grilled and ate overlooking a sunset, we enjoyed the comfortable furniture and fabulous decor while playing cards on a rainy day. And, their dog Chloe is an absolute love. We recently stayed at the above property for a number of days. We stay in the Boothbay area quite a bit and this property was in a very lovely area. The property was very nice, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The unit is above a garage with the nice owners living nearby. It is an open concept large room with dining area, kitchen and living space with heat and air conditioning. It has many windows, bright and airy with views of the property. We did not cook other than breakfast but everything to cook in was provided. There is a cozy veranda for nice weather. The washer and dryer were a plus. Overall we enjoyed the property and would stay again.

This apartment is so lovely! The high ceilings and open flow made for a really peaceful space. The decor was beautiful. It’s a great place to spend time and unwind. We cook a lot and the kitchen space plus the outdoor grill met our every need, which is really impressive for a studio kitchen! Downtown Boothbay Harbor is a five minute drive with plenty of good restaurants and in general everything we did was convenient to this location. The owners live on the property in an adjacent house and they were very nice. Only saw them a few times throughout the week. We would definitely recommend this rental.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Coveside Carriage House. The guest unit is lovely, tastefully decorated, nicely appointed with everything we needed and immaculate. We wish we could have spent more time there, but were out and about visiting family. A nice bonus - we had an ice storm on Sunday night, but tucked our car under the carport and had no issues Monday morning.
