「Good Points First: Excellent Location. Prompt and Courteous communication with Eva before and during holiday. Apartment was a good size.Some of the fittings were appropriate for a five star apartment eg tv, dishwasher, new iron etc. However, the accommodation fell short of 5 star in several areas. 「Very welcoming and responsive, clean and excellent location. It is located on top floor so it's quiet. Bed was comfortable and there is a washer/dryer and equipped kitchen.」

「Easy to coordinate check in. The apartment was clean and bright, and the high ceilings make the space feel even larger than it is. The location is awesome—very close to a bunch of great restaurants and shops, and just a short walk from the tram. A/C and the washer/dryer combo in-unit both came in handy. There are quite a few stairs up to the apartment (it’s the top floor), but on the plus side: no-one above you!」
