## ACCOMMODATION
Welcome to the Charming Apartment for 4 located in the heart of Bordeaux, just minutes from the city centre, on the first floor of a secure building and combines elegance and comfort to offer an exceptional living experience.
The spacious and bright living room, decorated with taste, has a comfortable sofa, a television and a perfect large mirror to illuminate the room, offering the perfect space to relax. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, and the adjacent dining room makes for a convivial dining experience.
The flat includes a bright bedroom and built-in storage for a tidy space. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower. Admire the views of Bordeaux's charming streets from the private balcony, ideal for enjoying a morning coffee.
Close to Bordeaux's main attractions, shops, restaurants and public transport, this flat boasts a privileged location. Whether you are travelling on business or on holiday, this accommodation offers all the comfort and convenience you need for a memorable stay.
## DEPOSIT
A bank imprint of €250 will be requested as part of the rental. In the form of a payment link and managed by the secure online service Stripe, it is compulsory and must be made before arrival in the accommodation. The amount is not blocked or debited and does not affect the maximum amount you can use your credit card.
Within 2 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale, as well as the return of the property in perfect condition, this operation is automatically cancelled.

One of our receptionists will contact you on the day of your arrival to schedule your check-in time. Arrivals are organized between 4 p.m. and 8:30 p.m, any late arrival is subject to additional charges.

You will stay near several renowned attractions, 1.4 km from the Esplanade des Quinconces, 1.6 km from the CAPC Contemporary Art Museum, and 2.1 km from the Grosse Cloche of Bordeaux. You will be 1.7 km from Place de la Bourse and 2.6 km from Basilique Saint-Michel. Nearby are the Cathédrale Saint-André, Musée d'Aquitaine, and the Grand Théâtre de Bordeaux. The nearest airport, Bordeaux-Mérignac, is 9.5 km away.
## ACCESS
From Mérignac airport :
Take Tram A from the airport to St Bruno - Hôtel de Région station, then walk 6 min.
From Saint Jean station :
Take bus G from Gare Saint Jean to Lycée Camille Jullian station, then walk 5 min.
The apartment does not have parking. Street parking is free only between 7 PM and 9 AM and on Sundays and holidays.
