法式装饰，总体睡得舒服，早餐有一个不错的terrasse. 位置稍微偏一点，离老城近，但是离火车站远。个人商旅所以还好。

This is a great little hotel within easy walking distance of the town, downside is there is no parking close by. The hotel was also hard to find as there is only a very small sign by the front door which is hard to spot when in a car unless you are directly in front of it. The staff was very friendly and hlepful and the room was clean and had a very comfortable bed.

Beautiful, quirky five-star experience

We stayed at Villa Victor Louis as a family of three (12 yo child and two parents) and it was a fantastic experience. The building is phenomenal, and the staff are so great. The room itself was comfortable and spacious, as well as delightfully quirky. The location is also great, with all kinds of things just a few short blocks away. Breakfast is fairly so-so, don't get too excited about that, but it does the job and it's great to have the option not to have to go out and get it, and it's served in such a lovely space in the sunroom that mediocrity is forgotten. I'd recommend Villa Victor Louis without hesitation and would absolutely stay there again.

En famille à Bordeaux

La villa Victor louis est magnifique. Cependant notre chambre était situé après le jardin dans une dépendance. Évidemment le style de décoration n'était pas le même qu'à l'intérieur du bâtiment principal. Quelques difficultés à faire fonctionner le chauffage, des pieds de meubles abîmés ( chien ? ) et un tapis un peu élimé. La salle de douche était très bien. Petit déjeuner buffet un peu juste en terme de choix, peut être en raison de l saison ( entre Noël et jour de l'an)

Hôtel bien situé au cœur de bordeaux dans un bel hôtel particulier Le personnel est adorable et très serviable Il manque une bouilloire et une nespresso en chambre , une bouteille d’eau offerte, comme dans énormément d’établissements de cette catégorie, aurait été appréciée Le miroir dans le placard ne permet pas de se voir pour se préparer c’est dommage et peu de chose à modifier 😉

Beautiful Hotel but location is not ideal

The Hotel is very beautiful, however, there was a construction site opposite when I stayed there and they were unable to give me a room to another side. I also had trouble connecting to the wifi but a woman who worked there helped me. In general people were very friendly, unfortunately the day I checked out, I needed a taxi to the train station and the man who worked there said he called and so I waited but no taxi came. I ended up missing my connection, so this was disappointing. The Hotel should make sure they have Taxi or Uber numbers in case guests need to get to the train station because it is quite a walk to the Tram.

The staff were super helpful and accommodating. The accommodation however was nothing like the photos pictured. We were led out the back of the main building into a little unit at the back of the property. If there were acurate photos of our room we would have stayed somewhere else! Dodgy door lock, toilet roll holder falling off the wall, missing shower door handle, dirty floors and unpleasant odour. On a postive it was within walking distance to get out of the place.

Beautiful restored property with very caring staff. Property needs attention to detail as there were several issues with our room. These were minor to middling annoyances from worn towels with holes to mini fridge not cooling and an a/c unit that sounded like a dishwasher full of ping pong balls.

I ended up not staying as the listing was totally misleading. The hotel claims to have parking, this is a 15 minute walk away and I purposely booked the hotel as I needed parking on side as I had lots of luggage. Furthermore there was no restaurant and breakfast was only available after 8am. Overall very disappointing and I would like a refund. I am a very good customer of your website and I’m not happy.

Great hotel in original condition. It goes back in time, but it’s very charming. In a quiet location, but walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Breakfast available.

Really charming hotel. It’s a beautiful old building lovingly restored and used as a hotel. There are no lifts so be careful if you are travelling with lots of luggage or struggle with stairs. The garden is a lovely addition but does need maintenance. The team were so helpful, couldn’t fault them. We stayed in a suite which looked out onto the garden but even if it was street facing, it’s a very quiet side street (with some pay and display and a disabled space right outside). We were within walking distance of some lovely restaurants and a reasonable walk from some of the features of Bordeaux. A kettle would have been a lovely addition but otherwise we were very comfortable there. Really comfortable bed and pillows too!

Sublime hôtel, intimiste et dans un bon quartier proche de saint seurin. Une fois passé la porte l'hôtel laisse place à une cadre authentique et plein de charme. Chambre confortable et salle de bain agréable avec vue sur le jardin.
