Borgarbyggd

“When j arrived the door to my private outdoor room was open and I struggled with the key pads, especially in the rain. My introduction to the place was brief and not warm and welcoming as all the other places I stayed at were. I had one of the truck rooms which was fine & cute but I could not get warm water. I either had freezing cold or scalding hot water. The owner was not helpful in helping me figure this out and didn’t understand that I had one or the other. She thought I just had cold……

“We loved the cozy atmosphere we felt upon arriving at the Inn. There's a common area to hang out in with board games to play, with comfy chairs and a dining area aswell. The hosts offered free coffee or tea which was a nice touch. Our room was clean and the beds were comfy. The bathroom was a little small with an awkward curb on the floor for the shower area but thats more of an observation than a complaint. The breakfast was very good. We would definitely stay here again”

6. Panorama mountain view, and a hot tub :)

Borgarnes

“What a lovely cabin! Our family of 6 fit comfortably here. This was a perfect base for exploring the Snæfellsnes Peninsula and Silver Circle attractions. We loved the added benefit of the hot tub and having a clean, comfortable spot to relax that had clear views of the sky. The host was extremely helpful communicating back and forth. We did have a 4WD vehicle, but I don't expect one would be necessary to get to the cabin except after heavy snow. We'd stay here again.”
