A charming cottage with rural location on northern Öland. Here you live on a spacious plot, perfect for families or groups who want to live in a scenic environment with proximity to many sights and attractions on Öland. In the charming kitchen with dining area, there is an old wood stove as a nice interior detail. Between the kitchen and the living room there is a nice dining room. The bright and spacious living room has armchairs, sofa, TV and a lovely wood burning stove. Nice glazed terrace overlooking the lovely garden. In the house there is a bedroom on the lower level with a 140 cm wide bed, on the upper level there are two single beds and two bedrooms with a double bed in each room. The ceiling height upstairs is slightly low. Bathroom with shower, WC and washing machine is on the lower level. Lovely plot with large lawn and newly built terrace with outdoor furniture and barbecue suitable for balmy evenings. On Öland, there are several nature reserves and pleasant excursion destinations - Trollskogen, raukar, alvaret and the lighthouses Långe Erik in the north and Långe Jan in the south. If you want to take it easy with sun and swimming, Djupvik's swimming area is about 3 km away. Why not visit one of Öland's castles? Here are, among other things, the royal family's famous Solliden and Borgholm's castle. There are also plenty of ancient castles. For the children there is Ölands Zoo, the box car country, go-karts etc. In Sandvik harbor about 7 km from the house there is an Ica shop, restaurants, cafes and a nice sea bath. Böda Camping on the east coast is a classic and well worth a visit. Experience Öland in the best way and enjoy one of Sweden's most beautiful islands.
