Das Internet war nicht besonders schnell, war aber in Ordnung. Zum Einkaufen fährt man gut und gerne 30 Minuten, kann aber auch in dem kleinen Laden nebenan einkaufen. Vielen Dank, Cristiano... No line cell without wifi that is into the house, i suggest to download the video to reach the exat position before arriving in the farmhouse. The garden is a little space behind the entance. Not recommended for many people due to the small bathroom. Beautiful the view of the hills and the peace. ”

“We stayed here as a party of 6 adults and 3 children. Everything was exceptional! From the moment we arrived we felt an immediate level of relaxation and calm. The property is immaculately clean and very well furnished. Bedrooms are comfortable and beds are of a high quality. The grounds are well maintained and manicured.We spent 3 nights/4 days relaxing by the pool, playing table tennis and exploring the surroundings. We opted for the private chef on one of the evenings as a birthday……

“We had a wonderful stay. Apartment was clean, stylish and well equipped. Owner lives on the property but is discreet and helpful when needed. Access to wine in the basement is clever and very convenient. Location of property is ideal, with beautiful view of the Marche hills and easy access to Serra de Conti (10 min walk). Ideal also for excursions to other medieval towns (many within 30 minutes) and of course the beautiful beach of Senigallia where I was impressed by the quality of food served……
