Gracious hospitality in a lovely place. We enjoyed the hotel’s sauna and a wonderful breakfast. They also encouraged us to visit Arte Sella, a marvelous place, and gave us free passes.

Clean and spacious room

We were given a friendly welcome and found our room to be very spacious and clean. We could have used more pillows (only one was provided). Breakfast was good. We were told about the wellness centre and told it would be open at 5pm, but it did not appear to be open, so we missed out on using this facility.

Totally hospitable family

This place is run by a wonderful family, they are so friendly and helpful and full of good energy. They gave me a Valsugana card (worth 40euros!) and that enabled me to join many tours around the community. Breakfast was lovely. They even had a special room to store the bike I rented. One thing is that the wifi was a bit intermittent -- it was better in the dining room than my second floor room but even that was lagging at bit for something like watching youtube and even getting whatsapp at times. Also, if you plan to arrive in their long lunch break (I think something like 12-4pm it would be a good idea to tell them beforehand, especially if (like me) you don't have a phone card to call the number posted on the door. I was lucky enough that a fellow lodger let me in and contacted them, otherwise I would have been hanging out in the doorway. Super-friendly, I would come visit again....

Beautiful hotel, quaint town, amazing service

We stayed at Locanda in Borgo for our wedding, as did many of our guests. This is an amazing hotel with fabulous service. The rooms are beautiful - we even did all of our getting-ready photos there, and they turned out beautifully. There is a lot of natural light and the bathrooms are modern and spacious. The breakfast provided by the hotel is very delicious and features freshly-made pastries, coffee, fruit, and yogurt. Most importantly, the service is above and beyond. We chose to stay here at the last minute, after our original accommodations fell through, and Dennis made sure that everything was perfect for us. He also went above and beyond to help our guests, a number of whom were traveling from abroad. In the end I am so glad that our original plans didn't work out, because staying here ended up being a beautiful part of our wedding weekend! Thank you from Enrico and Danielle!
