Schöne und saubere Wohnung

Die Wohnung liegt im 3. OG (ohne Aufzug) und ist in der Küche super ausgestattet. Sie liegt fußläufig zum Zentrum. Der Nordstrand ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Mehrere Fahrradverleihe und ein Minigolf liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Viele nette Restarants und Cafés. Tolle Strandspaziergänge und schöne Melkbudjes, die zum Verweilen einladen. Für einen gemütlichen Sundowner gibt es verschiedenste Möglichkeiten. Sehr kurzweiliger Aifenthalt. Wir kommen wieder.

Tolle geräumige gut ausgestattete saubere Ferienwohnung. Dazu sehr zentral. Ideal für Familien mit 1-2 Kindern.

Kaum Wünsche offen

Insgesamt ein schöner Urlaub. Objekt sauber und das fehlende Kinderbett wurde direkt nachgeliefert. Weniger Sofakissen, weniger Schnickschnack, mehr Platz für eigene Sachen, die man mitbringt wäre wünschenswert. Ein Gefrierfach im Kühlschrank wäre toll und würde die Wohnung weiter aufwerten.

Gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Für Kinder fanden wir sogar Spiele und Hörbücher vor. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und man ist zu Fuß in fünf Minuten in der Innenstadt und am Meer. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist direkt um die Ecke und der Fahrradverleih gegenüber.

Die Wohnung war sauber, gut ausgestattet und sehr gut gelegen. Es waren nur 5 Min. zum Strand. Können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

Sehr gemütliche Wohnung, Kinderfreundliche Vermieter.

Wir haben unsere Zeit auf Borkum sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich in einer guten Lage und kinderfreundlich eingerichtet. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Austausch mit den Besitzern lief wirklich gut. Leider gab es im Bad etwas Schimmel an der Wand. Ansonsten wirklich empfehlenswert.

Schöne Wohnung, die empfohlen werden kann

Insgesamt sehr schön, wir waren anfangs zu viert, dafür ist die Größe perfekt. Als in der zweiten Woche eine 5. Person dazu kam, war es etwas beengt. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet, da fehlt es an nichts. Die Lage ist absolut klasse, nur wenige Minuten zum Strand und nach "Downtown". Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Borkum ist wunderschön, Wohnung super ausgestattet

Trotz des Schietwetters haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Borkum ist sehr schön und eine sympathische Insel. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es könnten aber mal wieder ein paar kleinere Renovierungsarbeiten ausgeführt werden (wobei wir allerdings auch immer nicht verstehen kann, dass manche Gäste meinen, mit fremdem Eigentum nicht pfleglich umgehen zu müssen…). Wir kommen gern wieder!

Im Großen und Ganzen sehr okay, jedoch würden ein paar kleinere Renovierungsarbeiten dem Objekt gut tun. Leider war das WLAN mehr als instabil.

War insgesamt ganz schön. In der Fewo lagen allerdings sehr fleckige Sofakissen und Tischdecke. Auch einen Platz, um Koffer nach dem Auspacken zu verstauen haben wir vermisst. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung gut ausgestattet- bis auf einen Staubsauger. Der fehlte uns.

Schöne FeWo top Lage

Eine sehr schöne FeWo in absoluter Strandnähe. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Die eher schlechte Bewertung für die Sauberkeit kommt zustande weil wir bei der Übernahme der Wohnung eine nicht ordnungsgemäß gereinigte Wohnung vorgefunden haben. Der Vermieter hat nach unserer Kontaktaufnahme aber schnell reagiert und eine entsprechende Nachsäuberung veranlasst. Sehr gute Professionalität.

sehr schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub auf Borkum. Wohnung ist gut geschnitten und sehr schön eingerichtet. Spülmaschine vorhanden, Küchenausstattung sehr gut. Parkplatz am Haus, Fahrradkeller durch eine Treppe erreichbar. Abwicklung mit dem Vermieter war auch einfach. Und für uns als Familie mit 2 Kindern war die Münz-Waschmaschine im Nachbarhaus top.
