Lage okay,leider nicht am Strand und auch kein Strandblick,man hatte aber nur ca.5 Gehminuten zum Strand; leider kein W-Lan; leider war die Fernbedienung zur Garage defekt,auch kein Licht selbst in der Garagenbox. Check-in und auch Check-out waren komplikationslos.Alle in allem ein stimmiger Aufenthalt!

Ce logement est une énorme déception. Tout est vétuste et négligé : meubles cassés, terrasse rafistolée avec du joint pour cacher les fissures, prises électriques qui bougent pas au norme (pas de prise de terre), sèche-cheveux cassé, climatisation sale et pleine de poussière. La literie est insupportable et le logement bien trop petit pour accueillir 5 personnes.Le propriétaire est venu pour réparer 2 meubles, nettoyer et mettre un joint sur le carrelage cassé et sur l’état déplorable de la terrasse. Rien n’est fait pour garantir un séjour confortable : vaisselle des années 50, le décapsuleur cassé, équipement usé jusqu’à la corde, et un sentiment général de laisser-aller. Le prix demandé est totalement injustifié par rapport à la qualité réelle.En l’état, ce logement est indigne d’être proposé à la location. Nous le déconseillons fortement.

Nous déconseillons cette location aux prochains locataires. Propreté à revoir, climatiseur sale qui projette des poussières dans votre bol quand vous prenez le petit déjeuner, le dessous du lit n'a pas vu l'aspirateur depuis bien longtemps. Vieux meubles difficiles à ouvrir. Dressing difficile à faire coulisser. Appartement annoncé 2 chambres, faux la chambre avec les lits superposés sont plus dans un recoin difficile d'accès. Douche réservée aux personnes minces pas évident pour y entrer ou sortir. Strict minimum en vaisselles. Nous avons été obligé de changer nous même les piles du boîtier télé. Garage annoncé fermé, si vous avez une voiture imposante vous ne pouvez pas fermer la porte du garage ni descendre de votre véhicule, résultat galère pour stationner le véhicule a proximité de la location. Et pour conclure quand vous êtes sur place si vous voulez contacter le propriétaire aucune réponse aux appels téléphoniques. Heureusement que l'appartement est à proximité de la plage et la piscine à disposition sinon à fuir

L'appartement était d'une propreté approximative nous avons dû faire un premier ménage en arrivant et nettoyer la couette tachée de sang. Malgré cela la poussière omniprésente nous a incommodé tout au long de notre séjour. Mais sinon le logement est est bien situé, proche de la plage.

Magnifiques promenades sur les sentiers du littoral

L'appartement présenté correspond tout à fait à la réalité et en apparence était propre. Mais à l'ouverture des portes des placards une odeur de moisissure nous a contraint de nettoyer l'ensemble de la vaisselle à la main. Les lave vaisselle et lave linge n'ont également pas été vérifiés et ont nécessité 2 lavages à vide. Après ce fâcheux incident, nos vacances ont pris un rythme très agréable à la découverte de cette belle région.

Bien demander les mesures du garage car toutes les voitures ne passent pas, point de faiblesse la partie conformité électrique, la sécurité du lit double a revoir, au delà de 4 personnes l'appartement présente une faiblesse de surface néanmoins la localisation reste agréable ayant pour autant le centre-ville proche très peu de nuisance sonore. Également être plus vigilant lors de la réception de sortie du bien lors de la sortie lorsque le locataire fait le ménage.
