“An outstanding property, I couldn’t fault this place. Very clean and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The host was very professional at check in. Very secure for parking. “The apartment was exactly what we wanted! It was comfortable and clean! The host was wonderful and had no issue with answering any questions we had! The apartment is so close to the high street - a perfect spot for nights out or just a quick visit to the center. The only thing we found that there was not any oven trays for cooking but there was an oven. Not a dealbreaker at all and we just used foil that was provided. Just a point for the future! “Fantastic location, easy access and great communication, however we found the apartment needed supplies such as dish towels, paper towels, a spare roll of toilet paper. The condo also needs a complete thorough cleaning. Surfaces are clean, but the walls and ceilings are very dirty.”

“There is no denying that this is a beautiful apartment which has been furnished to a high specification and we enjoyed our stay here. However due to COVID we were asked to check in 2 hours later so that the apartment could be "deep cleaned". We therefore didn't expect to find dirty cupboards, crockery and cutlery. We cleaned these ourselves but found Air Manage Suffolk very difficult to deal with. In addition, beware that the railway line and in particular the level crossing with it's very loud……

“DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY! It looks nothing like the pictures. Both showers only had burning hot water. There are paper thin walls with neighbors screaming constantly. We had to step over a girl sleeping on the sidewalk to get out of the property one night. The entire place smells like mold and is filthy. There were dirty dishes, no soap or trash bags, and only 2 towels when we checked in. We contacted the property. They apologized for “the mistake” but never came by to fix anything. I have……

“This was a great location for all my adventures from Colchester to Sutton Hoo to Bury St Edmund to East Bergholt to RSPB Minsmere. Not to mention the near by marina and restaurant and pub scene. I thoroughly enjoyed myself. The apartment was the perfect jumping off place and the perfect place to return at the end of each day.”
