“There was mix up with our room. Got cancelled without us knowing. Phoned to try and cancel but we were told we couldn't get a refund if we did even though it was within the time limit of cancellation. We obviously didn't cancel and rocked up to find the room that they allocated to us was occupied and we needed another room. Luckily there was one available but we had to pay at the time. We eventually go a refund from Expedia for set room. Didn't enjoy the experience. Was made to feel I made the……

“We stayed in The Bothy, fabulous for a romantic night away. No noise from the neighbours but while the bath was lovely it wasn’t practical having it in the bedroom. The room does have a smell of damp and there is no ventilation other than opening windows - a quiet extractor fan in both the bedroom and toilet would be a welcome addition. For a romantic night away this is a great location but 4 nights it was too much. ”

“My sister and I had a weekend in Sunset and genuinely didn’t want to leave. The location is gorgeous with a secluded wild meadow surrounding you. The accommodation is beautifully designed and equipped as well as being super clean and comfortable. The hosts could not be more warm and helpful and the cows were beyond charming. We will be back and back and back for certain. ”

“Great, thanks for the details! Here's a polished Airbnb review you can use or tweak to your liking:---5 stars We had a lovely stay at this small lodge in Upper Hale, Farnham. The space was cosy, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It felt like a true home away from home. The host was fantastic—friendly, helpful, and very responsive to messages, which made the whole experience smooth and welcoming. If we had to mention one small downside, the mattress……
