「A nice flat with a wonderful terrace in a small village up to the mountains, beautiful landscape and vegetation. A car is a must and careful driving is important to mention. Private parking is available. In 15 minutes you are at the centre of Chiavari, beach/promenade and the train station. 「Great outdoor space with pool」

「Séjour très agréable dans un appartement tout confort et très design.Un ou deux points : le radiateur des deux salles de bain ne fonctionnait pas. Le robinet de l’évier de la cuisine était mal fixé, instable. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de lave-vaisselle. Un peu plus de vaisselle serait très apprécié. Et avec un lave-linge, nous resterions une semaine de plus ! Sinon, merveilleux séjour.」

「Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche verbracht Eine fantastische Sicht bis Portofino. Die Villa ist wie auf den Fotos, das Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett trennt ein Vorhang zur unteren Etage. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat eine Tür zur unteren Etage und zum Badezimmer hin. Es ist alles da was man braucht und sehr sauber. Die Terrasse ist ideal zum Verweilen, die Liegestühle für eine Siesta im Schatten des Olivenbaums ideal. Wir würden die Villa jederzeit wieder buchen.」
