"The hotel was conveniently located and the shuttle to the airport was reliable and easy to find. The bathroom door in the room was very noisy and squeaky and would not stay open. Since it was a weekend there was no maintenance and it could not be fixed. There was no equipment to make tea in the room and we had to go to the reception to get a kettle and herbal tea bags. For those wanting a quick no frills place to stay close to the airport this will do. There is a McDonalds beside the hotel for a reasonable priced snack."

"The hotel is conveniently located near to a train/metro station and was a good base for our 3-day exploration of central Netherlands. However, having been to Holiday Inn Express in Utrecht just before this stay, I could compare the two and I must notice that this hotel (or at least our room) felt a bit worn out in comparisson with Utrecht. Additionally, the bed was not comfortable at all and the pillows were to small. But we did get another pillow when we asked at the reception. So all in all, a solid 3.5/5."

"Wonderful hotel. Excellently decorated. Nice staff. We had a standard room but it was large and spacious with plenty of room for us to unpack our luggage. Great lighting (that’s one of my biggest gripes on hotel rooms). Very comfortable & massive bed. Lovely shower & bathroom with nice toiletries and amenities. Moana lounge on the first floor was great. Emil was our waiter - he was so attentive, friendly and kind, fantastic team member… Great location, right next to Amsterdam Rai Station and Metro for getting in and out of town easily. We loved it. Would highly recommend. Took a nice stroll to AmstelPark on Sunday where they had a market on."

"Hotel was very good. Only problem is we were on the 7th floor and at night we could hear the music from the bar on 9th."

"Small room, but it was comfortable and had everything I needed. The room was big enough for the bed, a shower, sink, small desk, and toilet. Plus a tv on the wall. But that was all I really need out of a room. You had to squeeze by the bed to get to the other side of the room. The breakfast was a great start to my day with an assortment of breads, juices, coffees, and soft boiled eggs and mini pancakes. The airport shuttle was nice as well. Ran every 20 minutes all day."
