“The property sits at the end of an average older neighborhood with some nice, decent and run down homes. The driveway is extremely steep with step running between the concrete so you can park on the street and walk up if you don't want to risk damage to your car. The yards surrounding the vrbo are overgrown and not maintained so you'll feel like you're in a poor part of town. The unit itself in downstairs from another rental on top. This is an old building so you hear EVERYTHING upstairs, which……

“Quiet neighborhood. Was expecting noise from nearby interstate but we had no issues. Easy access to downtown and the convention center. We will likely stay here again for our visit next year. Very comfortable stay. ”

“Hands down the best place for one person or a couple to stay while in town. The property is clean, smells nice, has new appliances, a great bathroom and shower, and even a bed that was so comfortable that it felt like home. I can honestly say that if I’m ever in the area again, this will be the absolute first place to I look for when trying to book lodging. It’s a great property, owned by a very nice couple who made me feel right at home. You won’t have any regrets booking your stay here!”

“The cabin was close to everything that we wanted to do but was very quiet. It was very clean and had everything that we needed. The owners were super helpful and made sure we had everything taken care of and was happy. We will definitely go back and also check out some other places they have. FIVE STAR rating for sure!!!”

“The host was very responsive. The boathouse is beautifully decorated inside, felt more like a Tuscany getaway than a boat house. The views were breathtaking. Sitting up in bed, sipping coffee and looking out over the calm waters and watching birds fly within feet of the windows. Wish we had one more day to enjoy the views. ”
