Location was perfect, staff was wonderful and the foyer and lobby and the bar/ restaurant was amazing! The guest rooms were good, bed was comfortable and room was immaculate! My only complaint would be the water pressure in the shower was weak! Other than that a very good experience!

The room was very good. The amenities on the gold level were also excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent with a variety of breakfast options including fresh fruit, croissants, breads, fish, omelettes, bacon, sausage, and cereals. I would definitely return to this Fairmont.

Incredibly convenient locale to Newbury St for great shopping and dining. Perfect locale for an Amtrak in from NYC and train access to TD Stadium. Staff were incredibly helpful and room was excllent.
