The property is well maintained and staff is friendly and courteous. The room I had was comfortable..I would ask maintenance to also care for the vents in the rooms as they were very dusty. Other than that, lovely stay and I would return.

I had a wonderful stay. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. All of the staff were helpful and courteous. At the front desk, Annick Perrillat-Boiteux was extremely friendly and helpful, checking us in early, directing us to local groceries, gas stations, tourist sites, and helping us with anything we needed. Additionally, the Hyatt location was very close to the Brandeis campus, where we were dropping off our daughter for her first college year. They serve a decent breakfast at the Hyatt, but it gets very busy later in the morning. Best to get there early.

Fridge was turned off and I lost my groceries the first night. Hallways to the rooms themselves were disgusting. Room itself was clean, front desk was nice and helpful but the management was completely unresponsive and would not let me cancel my last two days (even after I checked out at 9AM) after my wife was rushed to the hospital.
